Lomi Lomi

Description

Smoked salmon, tomato and onion make up this tantalizing Hawaiian salad. It’s just not a luau without the lomi!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced salted salmon
  • 6 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • sea salt to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl
  2. stir together the salted salmon
  3. tomatoes
  4. white onion
  5. green onion
  6. sea salt and cayenne pepper. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve chilled.
