Lobster Tails Steamed in Beer

Description

Steamed lobster tails with a hint of beer. Goes great with melted butter, lemon juice and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole lobster tail
  • ½ (12 fluid ounce) can beer

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan
  2. over medium to high heat
  3. bring beer to a boil.
  4. If lobster tails are still in the shell
  5. split the shell lengthwise first.
  6. Place a steamer basket on top of the saucepan; place thawed lobster tails in the basket and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
