Lemon-Pepper Salmon II

Description

I came up with this when I was trying to find a way to get my husband to eat fish. And it worked! It is very simple and is great with a side of vegetables and rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • lemon pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven broiler. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Place salmon on the baking sheet. Mix the melted butter and soy sauce in a small bowl
  3. and brush over the salmon. Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper.
  4. Broil salmon 6 to 8 minutes
  5. depending on thickness
  6. or until easily flaked with a fork.

Cook Time: 8 mins

Total Time: 23 mins
