Lemon Ginger Loaf

Description

A delicious bread for brunch, or afternoon tea. The crystallized ginger adds a sweet bite to the bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
