This tasty sandwich gets its inspiration from the hills of Tuscany. It’s the perfect solution if you’re looking for a special lunch or light dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf flat focaccia bread
- 1 pound KRETSCHMAR® Honey Turkey
- 2 each whole roasted red peppers
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- ½ pound KRETSCHMAR® Provolone Cheese
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Cut bread in half horizontally. Drizzle inside halves of both pieces of Focaccia Bread with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Top with spinach leaves

- Wrap the entire sandwich with aluminum foil. Set on baking sheet and place in oven for 20-25 minutes. Cut and serve.
