KRETSCHMAR® Black Peppered Turkey adds a little extra zest to our classic roasted turkey sandwich. Add the mayonnaise pesto spread with our robust Peppered Turkey and mozzarella cheese and you have a truly memorable sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 5 slices KRETSCHMAR® Peppered Turkey
  • 2 slices mozzarella
  • 1 roll
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon prepared pesto
  • 1 vine-ripened tomato, sliced
  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and pesto until light green in a small bowl.
  2. Cut the roll in half and spread the pesto mayonnaise on both slices.
  3. Add the peppered turkey
  4. mozzarella cheese
  5. tomato slices and basil leaves
  6. then place the remaining slice of roll on top.
