Keto Mock Crab Salad

Description

This light and crunchy crab-alternative salad is great for sandwiches and salads. For a low-carb alternative to bread, a romaine leaf tastes great as a wrap.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package mock crab meat, chopped
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
  • ⅛ cup diced scallions
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 dashes adobo seasoning, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine mock crab meat

  9. and black pepper in a bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
