  • ¼ cup freshly grated Grana Padano cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or as needed
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ cup avocado oil for frying, or as needed
  • 1 lemon, quartered
