Keto Chicken Crust Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix chicken
  3. mozzarella cheese
  4. Parmesan cheese
  5. garlic
  6. Italian seasoning
  7. salt
  8. and pepper in a large bowl with your hands. Fold in chopped basil.
  9. Place chicken mixture between two pieces of parchment paper. Gently spread mixture into a circle or rectangle about 1/4-1/2-inch thick. Remove top parchment paper.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven until edges start to brown
