Description

This simple shortbread cookie is baked in a nine inch round cake pan, and cut into wedges.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
