Jelly Bean Nests

Description

Crunchy Chinese noodles and melted marshmallows make the cutest little nests for your jelly beans. Great as place markers at Easter dinner.

Ingredients

• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• ¼ cup butter
• 4 cups chow mein noodles

Instructions

1. Butter a 12-cup muffin tin.
2. Combine marshmallows and butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir until melted. Stir in chow mein noodles; coat well.
3. Butter your fingers and press mixture into the bottom and sides of the prepared muffin tin. Refrigerate until firm.
