Jalapeno Creamed Corn Casserole

Description

Corn casserole with a spicy kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup diced pickled jalapeno pepper slices
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Stir together whole kernel corn
  3. cream-style corn
  4. muffin mix
  5. sour cream
  6. melted butter
  7. jalapeno peppers
  8. and salt in a large bowl until combined. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  10. 45 to 60 minutes.
