  • ¼ cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or to taste
  • ½ lemon, juiced, or to taste
  • 1 package microgreens
