Italian Pasta Veggie Salad

Description

This pasta salad recipe calls for a fat-free Italian dressing, your choice of veggies and some fresh ground pepper. Sound good?!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces fusilli pasta
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • ¾ cup fat free Italian-style dressing

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente
  2. 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water.
  3. Combine pasta
  4. onion
  5. bell pepper
  6. tomatoes
  7. and mushrooms in a large bowl.
  8. Pour enough dressing over to coat; toss and refrigerate until chilled.

Cook Time: 15 mins

Total Time: 25 mins
