Island Kielbasa in a Slow Cooker

Description

My mother gave this recipe to me and it is a big hit at parties and potlucks. You never have to bring home any leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained

Instructions

  1. Place the sausage
  2. ketchup
  3. sugar and pineapple in the slow cooker and mix together.
  4. Cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours
  5. until sausage is cooked through.

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 5 hrs

Total Time: 5 hrs 10 mins

Servings: 6
