Instant Pot® Tomato and Beef Sauce

Description

Tomato and beef sauce with a hint of wine for your pasta. I’ve made this fairly basic but feel free to adjust the seasoning to your tastes.

Ingredients

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 large onion, finely diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
• ¼ cup dry red wine
• 1 (24 ounce) container crushed tomatoes
• 1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled San Marzano tomatoes, crushed with a fork
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
