Impossible Coconut Pie II

Description

This pie makes it’s own crust, and tastes like a coconut custard pie! FAST to make, a hit with all! Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Place milk
  2. coconut
  3. eggs
  4. vanilla
  5. flour
  6. margarine
  7. and sugar in blender. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
