Impossible Buttermilk Pie

Description

This buttermilk pie makes its own crust. Serve with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups white sugar
• 1 cup buttermilk
• ½ cup baking mix
• ⅓ cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 eggs

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
2. Beat together sugar

6. melted butter
7. and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Pour mixture into the prepared pie plate.
8. Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean
9. about 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
