Ingredients
- 1 pound red new potatoes, quartered
- ΒΌ cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 8 sprigs fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer in the baking pan and top with onion. Stir together melted butter

- dry mustard
- salt
- black pepper in a bowl. Drizzle mixture over potatoes; toss to coat.
- Roast in the preheated oven
