Honey-Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound red new potatoes, quartered
  • ΒΌ cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 sprigs fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Spread potatoes in a single layer in the baking pan and top with onion. Stir together melted butter
