Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Description

This is a great sweet and salty way to serve salmon. Easy enough for the beginner and a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 2 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce (Optional)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season salmon fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon fillets until flesh flakes easily with a fork
  3. 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  4. Combine honey

  6. brown sugar
  7. sriracha sauce
  8. soy sauce
  9. and garlic in a small pot over medium heat; bring to a boil. Cook
  10. stirring frequently
  11. until glaze is thick and smooth
  12. 5 to 7 minutes.
  13. Pour glaze over salmon fillets.
