Healthy Berry and Spinach Smoothie

Description

This is an easy way to get kids to eat their veggies. If you want a more fruity taste, exclude the yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach, or to taste
  • 5 strawberries

Instructions

  1. Blend berries
  2. yogurt
  3. orange juice
  4. spinach
  5. and strawberries together in a blender until smooth.
