Healthy Banana Cranberry Muffins

My kids love these muffins and they are picky eaters! Great flavor, healthy, and very easy to make. These muffins freeze well and are great for a fast breakfast! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
