Hard Chocolate Glaze

Description

A chocolate glaze that sets up hard. Use it on cakes or brownies.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 10 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Combine chocolate with butter in the top of a double boiler
  2. over simmering water. Stir frequently until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
