Hard Boiled Eggs in the Oven

Description

This is an easy alternative to boiling when you need to make a lot of eggs at once. Red dots may appear on the shells and a little on the whites, but you can cut away those parts. The eggs still taste great.

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Put an egg in each cup of a standard muffin tin.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer baked eggs to a large bowl filled with ice water. Let sit until cooled completely
  5. about 10 minutes.
