Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup guacamole
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
  • 2 (6 inch) hoagie rolls, halved and split lengthwise
