Greek Scrambled Eggs

Description

This classic Greek favorite adds a little zest to the standard breakfast. Not much salt is needed; feta is very salty.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Beat eggs and water together
  2. then pour into pan. Add feta cheese
  3. and cook
  4. stirring occasionally to scramble. Season with salt and pepper.
