Greek Layer Dip

Description

A five-layer dip with all the flavors of the Mediterranean, and it’s pretty, too!

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) containers red pepper hummus
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¾ cup peeled and diced cucumber
  • ½ cup diced fresh tomato
  • ½ cup finely chopped Kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus in a smooth layer in an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the feta cheese
  3. cucumber
  4. tomato
  5. and Kalamata olives on top.
  6. Whisk together the olive oil and oregano in a small bowl
  7. then drizzle over the Kalamata olives. Refrigerate up 24 hours before serving.
