Description
This recipe is great for picnics and potluck luncheons. It’s cool, light, and great for a hot day’s lunch on the patio. Serve on crescent rolls, with crackers, or your favorite bread.
Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chicken chunks, drained
- 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- ¾ cup creamy cucumber salad dressing
Instructions
- Mix together chicken

- and dressing. Chill.
