Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. garlic
  5. and pepper in a small saucepan over low heat. Warm slowly
  6. shaking the pan occasionally
  7. until cheese has melted and sauce is creamy
