Gorgonzola Salad

Description

I usually make a double amount of dressing and store it in my refrigerator in a glass jar. I also buy my Gorgonzola cheese in big chunk and store it in my freezer

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup extra light olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 ounce Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
