Goddess Ambrosia

Description

Extreme fruit salad. This isn’t your grandmother’s recipe! Serve immediately or cover and chill. Flavors will mellow with refrigeration.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup chopped Granny Smith apple
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup pitted and halved cherries
  • 1 cup chopped peach
  • 1 cup chopped pear
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sour cream, or as needed
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped banana
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped kiwi
  • ⅔ cup chopped pecans
