Gochujang Sauce

Description

I use this sauce in many of the Asian dishes I make. It’s fantastic on wings instead of traditional buffalo wing sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chile paste)
  • 2 tablespoons diagonally sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk gochujang
  2. green onions
  3. soy sauce
  4. rice vinegar
  5. garlic
  6. sesame seeds
  7. sugar
  8. ginger
  9. and sesame oil together in a bowl until smooth.
