Gluten-Free Tortillas

Description

A great alternative to traditional corn or flour tortillas. They worked perfectly the first time, too. I use these as sandwich thins as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 10 mins

Total Time: 25 mins
