  • 1 teaspoon brown mustard
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 pints yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ pound baby mozzarella balls, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
