Funeral Sandwiches

Description

These little sandwiches are delish and are favorites at a party or funeral!

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 pound thinly sliced ham
  • ½ pound sliced Swiss cheese
  • 2 (12 count) packages Hawaiian bread rolls (such as King’s®)
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place ham and Swiss cheese slices on the bottom of each bread roll and cover with tops; arrange rolls in an even layer on the prepared sheet.
  2. Mix butter
  3. brown sugar
  4. Worcestershire
  5. mustard
  6. and poppy seeds together in a small bowl; spoon over sandwich tops. Let sit
  7. 4 hours to overnight.
  8. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  9. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and cheese is melted
  10. about 20 to 25 minutes.
