Frozen Fruit and Soda Cups

Description

This recipe is a good way to use up seasonal fruit and it’s also a great summer snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • ½ cup cubed honeydew
  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • ½ cup diced apple
  • 1 cup sliced banana
  • 1 cup cubed fresh mango
  • 3 cups lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled

Instructions

  1. Toss together the cantaloupe
  2. honeydew
  3. watermelon
  4. apple
  5. banana
  6. and mango in a large bowl. Divide the fruit into six paper cups. Pour 1/2 cup of lemon-lime soda into each cup. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes
  7. then serve.
