Filled Strawberry Bread

Description

This strawberry bread is different than any I have ever eaten. It’s layered with a delicious strawberry cream cheese filling. It was given to me by a very dear friend.

Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups white sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon red food coloring
• 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
