Fig and Arugula Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups arugula
  • 8 fresh figs, quartered
  • ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Toss arugula
  2. figs
  3. Parmesan cheese
  4. and pine nuts together in a large bowl.
  5. Drizzle honey and balsamic vinegar over salad before serving.
