  • 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 12 puff pastry shells
  • 12 mushroom caps
