Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Description

Quick, easy, and delicious way to make edible cookie dough that the whole family will love. Best with semisweet or milk chocolate Nestle® chocolate chips. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix butter
  2. milk
  3. and vanilla extract together in a large bowl.
  4. Combine flour
  5. brown sugar
  6. white sugar
  7. baking soda
  8. and salt in a separate bowl; slowly mix into butter mixture
  9. beating on low speed with an electric mixer until dough is just combined.
  10. Fold chocolate chips and walnuts into dough; drop by rounded tablespoon onto waxed paper.
