These are great for appetizers or for breakfast! Sausage cheese balls may be frozen before or after baking.
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 cups baking mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix cheese
- sausage
- and dry baking mix together in a large bowl until well combined; shape mixture into walnut-sized balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through
- about 12 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Serve hot.
