Easy Roasted Potatoes

Description

Roasted potatoes are an easy, delicious side dish especially when roasted alongside your chicken or beef or pork roast.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a 10×15-inch baking pan with foil.
  2. Mix dill
  3. garlic powder
  4. salt
  5. and pepper together in a small bowl.
  6. Toss potatoes with oil in a large bowl; sprinkle seasoning mixture over top and toss to coat. Spread potatoes in a single layer on the prepared pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are tender and golden brown
  8. about 40 minutes.

Cook Time: 40 mins

Total Time: 55 mins
