Description
The microwave streamlines prep for this must-have summer side dish of red-skinned spuds in a tangy dressing.
Ingredients
- 6 medium unpeeled red potatoes, cubed
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon favorite flavor mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped onions
Instructions
- Place potatoes and 1/4 cup water in a shallow microwavable dish. Cover tightly and microwave on High 12 to 14 minutes

- or until potatoes are tender.
- Meanwhile
- mix mayonnaise
- sour cream
- mustard
- salt and pepper in large bowl. Add celery
- onions and warm potatoes; toss gently.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until serving time.
