Easy Pork Chop Casserole

Description

This is delicious and easy to prepare. Serve with rice. You can also try baking it with other vegetables, or potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can water
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl
  3. combine the mushroom soup
  4. onion soup mix
  5. water and mushrooms.
  6. In a large skillet over medium-high heat
  7. brown the pork chops on each side. Transfer chops to a 9×9 inch baking dish
  8. and cover with the mushroom soup mixture.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours
  10. or until internal pork temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Cook Time: 2 hrs

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins
