Easy Minute Steaks

Description

This is the easiest recipe. I serve it with mashed potatoes and warm rolls.

Ingredients

  • 4 (1/2 pound) cube steaks (pounded round meat)
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat
  3. briefly brown the cube steaks.
  4. Arrange meat in a single layer in a 13×9 inch baking dish and pour the soup over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.

Cook Time: 1 hr

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins
