Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 avocado – peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • ½ cup cherry tomato halves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef; cook and stir until browned and crumbly
