Easy Corn Chowder I

Description

This is a quick and easy soup that won’t let you down.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 ½ cups cubed potatoes
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat
  2. saute the bacon and onions together until onions are tender
  3. about 7 minutes. Add the corn
  4. potatoes
  5. soup
  6. milk
  7. and salt and pepper. Raise heat to high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low
  8. cover and simmer about 25 to 35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender
  9. stirring occasionally.
