Easy Broccoli Slaw Salad

Description

This is a cool, delicious, crunchy, savory and sweet broccoli slaw that will satisfy. Try this instead of coleslaw. Tastes just as good if not better the next day.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup cider vinegar
  • ⅔ cup white sugar
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken ramen noodles, broken
  • 10 ounces broccoli coleslaw mix
  • ¾ cup sliced almonds
  • ¾ cup golden raisins (Optional)
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk olive oil
  2. vinegar
  3. sugar
  4. and ramen noodle seasoning packets together in a bowl.
  5. Combine broccoli coleslaw mix
  6. broken ramen noodles
  7. almonds
  8. raisins
  9. green onions
  10. and green bell pepper together in a bowl; fold in dressing. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Stir again before serving.
