Easy Brazilian Spiced Salmon

Description

A South American twist on North American fish, with Brazilian-inspired spices.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Mix olive oil
  3. brown sugar
  4. garlic
  5. smoked paprika
  6. paprika
  7. and chile powder together in a bowl. Spread mixture over salmon fillets. Squeeze lemon juice on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork
  9. 13 to 15 minutes.
