Devil’s Meatloaf on the Grill

Description

This spicy meatloaf was born from a collection of leftovers in my fridge that I combined into this yummy loaf.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • ¼ pound chorizo sausage, casings removed and crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce (such as Famous Dave’s® Devil’s Spit)
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix

Cook Time: 50 mins

Total Time: 9 hrs
